We are unable to send verification to home addresses but we are more than happy to have a copy available for pickup at the Parish Office* or mail it directly to the requesting parish or diocese.
*In order to protect the confidentiality of these records, certificates will only be released to the individual named on the certificate, the parent or guardian of a minor child, or a requesting parish or diocese. A photo ID will be required to verify identity if picking up in parish office.
