This August 2022, there was much life and celebration at the parish. In addition to welcoming the Archbishop for the blessing of our Adoration Chapel, which photos are in a separate album, much happened! The parish staff had a retreat day on 8/9/2022. It was a time for us to be renewed in our mission and spend time in prayer with Jesus. On 8/13/2022 we bid our Saturday evening accompanist, Matt Bennett, farewell as heads to college. Earlier this day, a team was busy partnering with Hearts and Hammers to prep and paint.

The day of 8/19/2022 began with a bus load of parishioners heading to Duluth for the Vatican exhibit. Many remarked pleasantly surprised how many artifacts on Pope Pius X was there. It's like they knew we were coming!! That evening, another bus load of parishioners headed to CHS Field for a St Paul Saint's Game followed by fireworks.

It was our patronal feast day on 8/21/2022. We celebrated after Mass with make-your-own ice cream sundaes with all the toppings in the cafeteria. Saint Pius X, pray for us!
