Deacon Tim will be outside (weather-permitting) in front of the church. near the statue of St Pius X, ready to bless our pets and favorite animals. October 4 is the Feast of St Francis of Assisi who is the patron saint of animals and the environment, so we offer this special blessing for our animal friends in his honor. Come back at noon with your furry or feathered friends (or after the Spirit Sunday presentation in the Community Rooms that morning, stop home to get them) and bring them back to church for this special blessing.
