St. Pius X Council of Catholic Women, commonly known at the CCW, has been an active organization at the parish since the parish innauraguration on June 30th, 1954. Our CCW is part of the National Council of Catholic Women, founded in 1920, and a member of the Saint Paul and Minneapolis Archdiocese Council of Catholic Women.
All women 18 years and older are welcome to join our council.
Our mission statement states: The St. Pius X Council of Catholic Women acts through its members to support, empower and educate all Catholic women in spirituality, leadership and service with programs that respond with Gospel values to the needs of the Church and society.
Serving those in Need:
Join in the varied ways, that include: Funeral Lunch Ministry, the Appalachian Mission Project, the Hat, Scarf & Mittens Collection and the Lenten Soup Supper.
Enrich you Faith:
Through opportunties and events such as the Advent Morning of Reflection, the Funeral Rosary Ministry, Northeast Deanery Activities, and the ACCW Convention.
Service Leadership
You can enhance your service leadership skills by joining the Officer Board, or helping with Winterfest, First Friday Fellowship, Church Cleaning Teams, and other service activities provided by the CCW.
